Got My New Softener mid June of this year , quick , quality and knowledgeable installation . Regenerates and Softens as scheduled and I like the Crystal Salt much better than the pellets . I’d recommend this Company to Anyone needing a high quality Water Softener at a more than reasonable Price . I chose the Care Soft Pro and it made an immediate change to my water , took any bad taste my old water had out of it that same day .

I finally decided to get a water softener and chose Moffett's Water Care in Rushville to provide the service. Jim and Andy were very professional and went above and beyond in their services. The pipes that were used with the previous softener were clogged from dirt and lint. Knowing it would be near impossible to get someone out to fix the pipes, they took care of it on the spot. I am one happy customer. I highly recommend them. Thank you Moffett's for being so professional and helpful!

Good people & good prices. My water has rust in it. They have the rust/iron salt crystals. Which I've not seen at most places. It works allot better than the pellets, or cubes. It may cost a little more per bag, but it's well worth it.
